(123) I thank my Father for His gifts to me.
(124) Let me remember that I am one with God.
Gratitude and unity.
The review continues, and it is a blessing. Returning to what you have learned is like watering a plant: the water soaks into the soil and the roots grow deeper. Today, we review gratitude (123) and unity with God (124). The central thought remains the same: your mind holds only what you think with God. Hold this within you like a golden thread connecting all the lessons.
You thank your Father for His gifts (123). Gratitude lifts your heart above despair, lifts your gaze toward the light. You remember that you are one with God (124). Being one with Him, everything you touch takes on a bright light that heals. You are not alone. God walks with you. This unity is not a concept, it is the most concrete reality there is. Review allows you to feel it instead of just understanding it.
These two lessons are the direct extension of 121β122. Gratitude is the natural response to all that forgiveness offers you. Unity with God is the logical consequence of forgiveness dissolving separation. The following lessons, 125 (silence), 126 (giving), 127 (unique love), flow from this recognition. Review is the time to make connections between these ideas.
Practice:
Today, take three moments of sincere gratitude. For each gift you recognize, say: βThank You, my Father.β Then, when you feel tired or worried, place your hand on your heart and whisper: βI am one with You.β Breathe this unity. Let it carry you.
Each review is one more step toward home. You are arriving.
