Review (101 and 102)

This review invites you to revisit lessons 101 and 102, the heart of the message on happiness. Lesson 101 declares that "God’s Will for me is perfect happiness," and lesson 102 adds that "I share God’s Will for happiness for me." These two ideas are the definitive answer to the belief that salvation involves suffering. God does not want your suffering. He never has. His only Will is your perfect happiness, and you share this Will.

Why is it so important to review these two together? Because the first (101) tells you what God wants FOR you, and the second (102) tells you that YOU want the same thing. This is not a conflict between your will and God’s, it is an alliance. "I can suffer only from the belief that there is another will apart from His." The only cause of all suffering is the belief in a will separate from God. And this belief is false.

We have arrived in the second half of revisions 111–120. Revisions 111–115 covered lessons 91–100 (vision, identity, unity, role). Revisions 116–120 cover lessons 101–110, which are the most contemplative and joyful of the set. After revision 120, you will have completed all of Part Two. These final reviews invite you into joy before the end of the cycle.

Today, review in the morning and evening: "God’s Will for me is perfect happiness" and "I share God’s Will for happiness for me." Every hour: "God’s Will for me is perfect happiness." Every half-hour: "I share God’s Will for happiness for me." If a belief in necessary suffering arises, remember: this belief is the only source of your suffering, and it is false.

God wants your happiness. You want your happiness. There is no conflict, only joy.
