✨ To meditate on today
According to Chuang Tzu, Confucius, stranded for seven days without food, still sings and reminds his disciple that every beginning has its end and that man is one with Heaven, that is, with the divine order of the world. Today, in the middle of a difficulty, hum or sing a few notes, and gently ask yourself: “Who am I, I who am singing now?”
