โœจ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, the sage, like the monkey keeper, says yes or no to preserve peace, without clinging to being right, and remains tranquil at the centre of the world's wheel, whichever way it turns. Today, when events turn out differently than planned, breathe, return to your centre and welcome this change without struggling.
