โœจ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, the ancient sages did not seek complicated knowledge: their understanding was born from the calm of their nature, and it did not disturb their inner peace. Today, before looking for an answer outside (screens, opinions, reading), give yourself a few minutes of calm and listen to what you already know deep within.
