✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, the sage shines without dazzling, sleeps without troubled dreams and wakes without melancholy: an empty, peaceful, contented and simple heart joins the virtue of Heaven. Today, before falling asleep, set down the day’s concerns one by one, as you would empty your pockets, and let your breath come and go without effort.
