✨ To meditate on today

According to Lao Tzu, the Sage guides others without weighing on them or hurting them: he stands in front without crushing anyone, and that is why people love him and follow him without tiring. Today, if you have a responsibility towards others (family, work, a group), exercise it lightly: ease someone’s burden instead of adding to it.
