✨ To meditate on today
According to Chuang Tzu, the sage remains peaceful amid the changes of the world, like the legendary sovereign Jen Hsiang, who stood at the centre of the turning circle of things, letting everything evolve without being carried away himself. Today, when everything is moving around you, return for a moment to your centre, breathe, and watch the changes go by without losing yourself in them.
