โœจ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, a young horse-herd, questioned by the Emperor Huang Ti, sums up the art of governing: keep away what could harm beings, and for the rest let them follow their nature. Today, with someone you care for (a child, a loved one, a colleague), protect them from what would truly harm them, then leave them free to act in their own way.
