✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, the Way of the sages is to act from calm: one leaves one’s rest only when the situation truly requires it, and the action is then right and free of agitation. Today, before launching into a reply or an undertaking, ask yourself whether it is truly necessary; if not, stay a moment in your calm.
