โจ To meditate on today
According to Chuang Tzu, the sage goes along with the movement of life without resisting it and without clinging to it: calculating everything is artifice, letting oneself be carried is following the Principle. Today, faced with something unexpected, breathe, give up your initial plan and look for how to move forward with what happens rather than against it.
