✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, in the times of natural life, people wove and tilled the earth together, forming a single whole without divisions, and walked freely with a peaceful gaze. Today, do a simple task with your hands, cooking, tidying, gardening, thinking of all those everywhere who are making the same gesture as you.
