✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, Sun Shu Ao remains serene whether he is appointed or dismissed, for he knows that who he is does not merge with his role or with what is granted or taken from him. Today, if someone praises or criticizes you for what you do, tell yourself, “This role is not my whole being,” and stay calm.
