✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, Tzu Lai, on the threshold of death, thanks the “great mass,” the whole of nature, which carried him, made him live and consoled him, and to which he entrusts himself with confidence. Tonight, look back over your day and name what carried you today, a person, a place, a moment, then thank it in silence.
