✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, by connecting ourselves to the “great mass,” the whole of nature, we discover that life is a chain of transformations, and that each form it takes can be welcomed with contentment. Today, tell yourself at least once: “I am glad to be here, just as I am,” and notice what this sentence changes in you.
