✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, our body is part of the “great mass,” the whole of nature, which supports us from childhood to old age and still welcomes us in the rest of death. Today, notice one form of support that nature offers you, air, water, light or a meal, and silently thank it for taking care of you.
