โœจ To meditate on today

According to Lao-tzu, when the heart is free of passions, it perceives the spiritual essence of the Tao; when it is stirred by them, it sees only a limited form of It. Today, when a desire or an anger presses you, wait three breaths before acting and look at the situation once calm has returned.
