Lesson 95

As in water face answereth to face, So the heart of man to man.

Excerpt

Iron sharpeneth iron; So a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. Whoso keepeth the fig-tree shall eat the fruit thereof; And he that waiteth on his master shall be honoured. As in water face answereth to face, So the heart of man to man.

โœจ To meditate on today

According to Proverbs, just as iron is sharpened by iron, each person grows through contact with others, and hearts answer one another as a face is reflected in water. Today, approach someone with the face and heart you would like to see in return, and notice how they respond to you.
