โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Maxims of the Fathers (Pirkei Avot), a collection of wisdom from the rabbis of antiquity, Rabbi Judah the Prince teaches not to judge by appearances: an old jug may be empty, a new one may hold a precious wine. Today, truly listen to someone you might tend to overlook (a young person, an elder, a stranger) and look for what they carry that is precious.
