✨ To meditate on today

According to the book of Ruth, Naomi, who had lost her husband and her sons, takes Ruth’s newborn on her lap and cares for him; the neighbours rejoice with her, and this child, Obed, will be the grandfather of King David: tenderness opens a future. Today, offer real time and care to someone fragile — a child, an elderly person, someone who is ill — through a simple, attentive gesture.
