โœจ To meditate on today

According to the psalmist, we can still and quiet our soul until it is calm like a little child resting against its mother, asking for nothing. Today, in a moment of agitation, place a hand on your chest, slow your breathing, and let your soul rest like that child for a few moments, asking for nothing.
