✨ To meditate on today

According to the Song of Songs, the lover comes into his garden, gathers myrrh, honey, wine and milk, then at once invites his friends to eat and drink with him: joy received calls for sharing. Today, share something sweet — a meal, a fruit, a festive moment — with friends or loved ones, simply for the pleasure of being together.
