✨ To meditate on today

According to the psalmist, when we lift up our eyes looking for help, we can remember that help comes from the LORD, the One who made heaven and earth. Today, when something weighs on you, truly lift up your eyes — to the sky, a tree, a hill — and breathe, remembering that you are not alone.
