It is through this contact of the souls of the righteous with the most sublime and the highest lights, which constitute the ornaments above, that life increases above and below, that holiness spreads in every direction, that the cistern is filled, that the sea likewise is filled, and that each is given what he needs.

According to the Zohar, when the souls of the righteous touch the lights above, life grows everywhere, holiness spreads and each one receives what he needs. Today, do a quiet, upright deed — a true word, a helping hand — thinking that it too helps life to flow.
