He maketh thy borders peace; He giveth thee in plenty the fat of wheat.

According to the psalmist, who is speaking here to Jerusalem, it is God who strengthens the city, blesses its children, makes peace reign there and feeds it with the finest wheat. Today, at mealtime, give thanks for the peace of your home and for the bread on your table, then wish that same peace to a place in the world that lacks it.
