✨ To meditate on today
According to Ibn Arabi, an Andalusian mystic, in the Tarjumân al-Ashwâq (The Interpreter of Desires), the lover’s heart follows those it loves in thought, all the way to the mountain passes, and love is a path on which one agrees to lose oneself a little. Today, think of a loved one who is far away and send them a simple message to say that you are thinking of them.
