✨ To meditate on today
According to Rumi, the world and we ourselves are renewed by God at every moment, like the water of a river that always looks the same while it is ceaselessly renewed. Today, when you feel stuck in a habit or a mood, remember that this moment is new and choose a new gesture: a smile, a word of forgiveness, a different way home.
