I tell thee why the Heavens for ever circle round: God's Throne set in the Centre, draws All on Wings of Love. I tell thee why the Zephyr at Morn so softly blows: To flutter every Leaflet with the Kiss it flings of Love. I tell thee why Night hideth in Veil so dark her Face: She makes the World a bridal Tent, and darkling sings of Love.

✨ To meditate on today
According to Rumi, everything in nature is moved by Love: the heavens circle around God’s Throne, the morning breeze kisses every leaf, and the night turns the world into a wedding tent. Today, at sunrise or sunset, step outside for a few moments, feel the wind or look at the sky, and receive them as gestures of love.
