Keep silence, that you may hear from that Sun Things inexpressible in books and discourses. Keep silence, that the Spirit may speak to you; Give up swimming and enter the ark of Noah; Not like Canaan when he was swimming, Who said, "I desire not to enter the ark of Noah passing by."

✨ To meditate on today
According to Rumi, inner silence allows us to hear what books and discourses cannot say: the Spirit speaks to the one who is silent, and trust is like Noah’s ark, where one stops struggling alone against the waves. Today, give yourself five minutes without words, without screens or reading, and simply listen to what is said within you in that calm.
