✨ To meditate on today
According to Shabistari, the Persian Sufi poet, the beauty of God — which Sufi poets describe through the “lips” and the “cheek” of the Beloved — illumines every place, and whoever meets it finds in Him all they desired; only vanity, conceit and illusion veiled their heart. Today, notice a moment when you want to be right or to look good, and let it go once, simply, to let a little more of this light through.
