✨ To meditate on today
According to Rumi, a Sufi poet, time is needed for blood to become milk: what ripens within us needs patience before it becomes sweet and nourishing for others. Today, think of something in you that is not ready yet — a project, a healing, a forgiveness — and give it, without impatience, the time to ripen.
