Tukaram, Poem 3643

Hatred of living creatures is a mark of the wicked; they are hard, and lovers of debate. Their inner qualities come to the surface; thus they make themselves known. The good recognize time and season; their heart is pure in all its four corners. Tuka says, I must observe at all times what is prescribed or not prescribed for me to seek.
