Tukaram, Poem 3109

O sea of mercy, O Lord of men, vindicate now
the glory of Thy name, the high claims of thy
titles! In this Kali age, God has assumed His
Baudhya manifestation; O, do not incur the censure
of the world! Lo! the Kali age seeks to sweep away
mother and son together; what have You to do with
the wild tricks of the world?
