Tukaram, Poem 913

Stout and sturdy are Vitthala’s followers; time
and death fall at their feet. They raise a
shout of triumph; mountains of guilt are burned
up. Grace, mercy, and peace are the arrows in
their hands, invincible. Tuka says, They are the
only true warriors in the world.
