✨ To meditate on today

According to the Svetasvatara Upanishad, an ancient wisdom text of India, the divine person (the puruṣa) is everywhere at once: its hands, its eyes and its ears encompass all the worlds. Today, with each person you meet, say inwardly “the divine presence is here too” and welcome them with that gaze.
