✨ To meditate on today

According to Ramana Maharshi, a sage of South India, your own sensitivity to suffering helps you recognise that of other lives: keeping the mosquito away is enough, there is no need to harm it. Today, spare a small creature, an insect or a plant, and offer some gentleness to someone who is suffering.
