✨ To meditate on today

According to the Ashtavakra Gita, it is a matter of giving up the distinctions between “me” and “not me” to recognise that everything is one and the same consciousness, as bracelets and rings are all made of the same gold, and so to remain, without separation, in joy. Today, as you walk down the street or through a public place, look at a few faces and gently tell yourself: “This too is me.”
