โœจ To meditate on today

According to Swami Vivekananda, withdrawing into oneself brings unhappiness, while opening to others with compassion widens the heart until it embraces all creation, where God dwells. Today, whenever you catch yourself thinking only of yourself, turn your attention to someone close to you and ask yourself what would do them good.
