✨ To meditate on today
According to the talks of Ramana Maharshi (called here Sri Bhagavan), a humble shepherd, Poovan, whom Ramana had helped to find his lost sheep, marvels that so great a sage forgets neither him nor his son, and speaks to him with kindness. Today, remember the name and worries of someone who is often overlooked — a neighbour, an employee, a shopkeeper — and warmly ask how they are doing.
