✨ To meditate on today
According to the Khândogya-upanishad, the sage Nârada, though he knows all the sacred books, humbly admits that he lacks the essential: knowing the Self, his deepest nature, which alone frees from grief; so he asks his master for help. Today, if a sorrow weighs on you, dare like him to share it simply with someone wise or kind, without pretending to know everything.
