✨ To meditate on today

According to Ramana Maharshi, the sage of South India, the peaceful happiness we think we find in solitude does not depend on a secluded place: it can be tasted even amid the bustle, for it is in the Self, within us. Today, in the middle of a noisy moment, on public transport, in a shop or in a meeting, close your eyes for a few seconds and find again that inner calm that does not depend on where you are.
