โœจ To meditate on today

According to Swami Vivekananda, on the path of devotion, the Bhakta, the one who loves God, has no harshness or repression to impose on himself: he suppresses none of his emotions, he intensifies them and turns them toward God. Today, when a strong emotion arises, welcome it without judging it, then gently offer it to divine love.
