โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Ashtavakra Gita, a dialogue of wisdom between the sage Ashtavakra and King Janaka, blessed is the one who knows himself: whatever he sees, hears or tastes, he remains the same, his mind free from craving. Today, if a difficulty seems to fill your whole horizon, take three breaths and feel what, within you, remains calm and unchanged.
