Excerpt

We find everywhere in the world those are the happiest who have forgotten themselves in their devotion to some other object. โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Narada Bhakti Sutra, a collection of aphorisms on devotion, the happiest are those who forget themselves in devoting themselves to something other than themselves; and if a passing aim can already bring joy, how much more the love of the Eternal. Today, immerse yourself completely in a service or a task done for someone, without thinking of yourself, and notice the peace that comes from it.
