✨ To meditate on today
According to the Mundaka-upanishad, one of the wisdom texts of ancient India, the heaven, the earth, the sky and even your own mind are woven in Him, the divine Self, and He is the bridge that leads to the Immortal. Today, as you look at the sky or the earth, feel that everything you see, and you yourself, are woven of the same thread, and let go of needless words for a moment to taste that silence.
