✨ To meditate on today

According to Ramana Maharshi, the sage of South India, the Self, what you truly are, is not a distant goal to be reached: it is eternal, already here, here and now, for what is acquired one day could be lost another day. Today, whenever you catch yourself running after peace, stop for a moment and simply notice that you are already here, present.
