✨ To meditate on today

According to Ramana Maharshi, realisation is simply discovering who one truly is and abiding in that peaceful Self; rather than repeating formulas, the work is done within. Today, when you catch yourself defining yourself by a role or a mood, gently come back to the simple feeling of being, for a few moments, adding nothing.
