โœจ To meditate on today

According to Swami Vivekananda, the first thing is to be good and compassionate towards those who suffer; rather than patching up the world in haste, he invites us to go beyond, towards the inner peace from which true help is born. Today, offer a person in distress a truly kind presence, without trying to fix everything, simply letting them feel that you are there.
