✨ To meditate on today

According to Swami Vivekananda, a universal religion must welcome each person according to their nature: with sensitive hearts, we must sit, laugh and weep in the name of the Lord, and let ourselves be carried away by the love of God to a holy “madness”. Today, when someone shares an emotion with you, joy or sorrow, take the time to really sit with them and feel it with them, without trying to correct it.
