โœจ To meditate on today

According to Tukaram, the poet-saint of Maharashtra, whoever entrusts himself to God finds in Him his whole family at once, and the certainty of never being forgotten: He stands without, within and by one's side. Today, at each worry, place a hand on your chest and entrust it to God as you would to a loving parent, then go back to what you were doing a little lighter.
